Director of Operations

While Sammie only recently joined the Superstar crew as our Director of Operations, she’s been working in customer service for well over 18 years. She’s compassionate, empathetic, and a fun person to talk to which makes her the perfect fit for the job. She owns 4 dogs. Her yellow Labrador, Vada is currently in our training program. Her other 3 dogs include a boxer (Lilah), a shih tzu (Molly), and Lulu (Japanese chin-schnauzer mix. In her free time, she enjoys reading, painting, and going to the movies, as well as spending time with family. She’s most proud of her marriage to Marty, who is an Assistant Trainer at Superstar Service Dogs and raising her niece and nephews.
